He has also served as Chief of the Antitrust Division, where he played a pivotal role in prosecuting landmark monopolization cases in digital markets. The Texas Attorney General’s Office has taken significant legal actions against major tech companies like Google and Meta, targeting their monopolistic practices. Internationally renowned expert antitrust economist Cristina Caffarra, who has been at the forefront of major European competition investigations, will lead the discussion.
