EACC Texas Welcomes The Dallas Regional Chamber

Sarah Carabias-Rush leads corporate recruitment, international engagement, and leadership development programs for the DRC. In economic development, she is responsible for raising the region’s international and domestic profile, serving as primary point of contact for companies and site location consultants evaluating the Dallas Region for corporate relocation and expansion, and marketing the region as a prime location for U.S. and North American headquarters, and corporate facilities.

Carabias-Rush also leads the region’s premier leadership development programs: Leadership Dallas (LD), Leadership Dallas Alumni (LDA), and Young Professionals (YP). The leadership programs team identifies, develops, and prepares a diverse group of leaders through intensive curriculum and programming that explores critical issues and creates positive change in the Dallas Region.

A member of the DRC team since 2003, Carabias-Rush has worked in economic development, technology, and health care industry programming, as well as international marketing, business recruitment, and leadership programming. She led the DRC’s efforts to recruit major corporate headquarters to the Dallas Region, including ACTIVE Network, Hilti North America, Kubota Tractor, Omnitracs, and Toyota Motor North America.
