Darren Gardner is a Certified Premium Business Coach, CEO, and Business Owner with over 30 years’ experience in Business, Leadership, and Information Technology. As a Gravitas Impact Certified Business Coach and Metronome United 3HAG Coach, Darren works with CEOs and Leadership Teams in businesses and organizations to develop strategy and leadership, resolve business issues, build company culture, grow revenue, and scale up, to reach their goals and maximum potential. Darren’s current business activities include being Partner and CEO of a SaaS company, owning and operating In The Pattern Flight School and Aviation Services as well as owning and operating a real estate investment business.

Darren has served in a number of civic and community roles including Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dallas Executives Association, Former Chairman of the Board of Directors, Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce, Town of Addison Bond Committee, Town of Addison Board of Zoning Adjustment as well as others.
