• Dr. Jason Cooley, Chief Innovation Officer,     

Dr. Jason Cooley is currently the Chief Innovation Officer for the City of Frisco, Texas. In this role, Jason leads the advancement of Smart City technology and municipal innovation for the City. He joined the City of Frisco as the Strategic Services Manager in the City Manager’s Office in June 2015. During his time in Frisco, he has been assigned to work in various departments and roles. Dr. Cooley has been Interim Director of Parks and Recreations, Interim Intergovernmental Affairs Manager, and Assistant to the City Manager.

• Andrea Austin, VP Sales North America, Cloud & Network Services,   

With experience spanning over 20 years, Andrea Austin is a seasoned leader in building high-performance teams to resolve complex business challenges in the field of emerging technologies. At Nokia, Andrea leads as the VP of Cloud & Network Services, managing over 1B Euros in sales. She has been recognized for her leadership by in 2016 by Women in Sales North America, and has been named to lists of the Top 50 Women in Revenue you should know and in the the Top 35 Influential Women in Sales. She also the co-authored a book in 2016 about sales and marketing alignment, Aligned to Achieve, and serves as a founding member and active board member of Women and in Revenue.

• Olivier Bloch, Principal Program Manager,   

Olivier Bloch is a Principal Program Manager at Microsoft in the Azure IoT team, working on developer experience and communities engagement.
He has worked in the IoT space for as long as he can remember, first as an embedded developer and consultant, then as a Technical Evangelist for Microsoft France then Microsoft Corp.
He also spent 3 years in Microsoft Open Technologies, engaging with open source communities on topics going from Web and JavaScript to gaming and IoT.

• Bob DeArmond, Government Solutions Expert,   

As an Enterprise Solution Engineer with T-Mobile, Bob DeArmond brings over 30 years of senior management experience in sales and marketing. His current role as a Technology and Business Consultant for Government and Enterprise Accounts involves many different aspects of mobility technology and client support. He has received a long list of recognitions for his successful results, most recently including the MVP National Award and MVP Major Accounts Award in 2018.

She is currently based in Dallas, Texas, and spends her free time volunteering for the Dallas International School as PTO board member, the European American Chamber of Commerce Texas and the Ecole Centrale Paris in France.
