  • Sandro Tavares, Director, Telecom Solutions Marketing,

Sandro joined Dell Technologies in January 2021, leading the team responsible for the marketing activities for the telecommunications market. He brings more than 20 years of international experience in the telecom industry, with most of these years spent at Nokia, where he has served in sales and marketing positions, working in Brazil, Argentina, Finland, and the U.S. His last role at Nokia was Head of Mobile Networks Marketing, a position in which he led a global team focused on developing the 5G market and promoting Nokia’s solutions in this domain.

Sandro is a sought-after industry speaker presenting such industry developments as NFV, Cloud, 5G, and Open RAN. He has also published opinion articles in several specialized media outlets. His technical interest topics include 5G, Open RAN, Cloud RAN, NFV, Data Center Infrastructure, and VoLTE/VoWiFi. In October 2020, Sandro was nominated a “Rising Star” by Fierce Wireless, a recognition for executives making a strong contribution to the wireless industry’s development.

Sandro holds a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade de Brasilia and an Executive MBA from Fundacao Dom Cabral in Brazil.

  • Alessandro Di Salvo, VP, Mobile Networks Sales Strategy & Development,

Alessandro Di Salvo grew up in Trapani, Sicily, and holds a Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering from ‘Politecnico di Milano’ University.

His career in telecom spans 26 years beginning as an R&D telecom engineer at Siemens before joining Nokia where he has spent 18 years in Milan (Italy) and 7 years in Dallas.  Throughout his career, Alessandro has covered positions from Customer Service to Product Marketing and Sales Management, following various customers and representing the ‘Network’ part of Nokia business.  Although geographic responsibility for much of his career has focused on Europe and Latin America, Alessandro also supported the first global 3G launch in Japan in 2001, 3G activities in Australia/New Zealand in 2003 and business development in Central Asia in 2014.

Alessandro is currently VP Sales at Nokia, heading the Mobile Network Sales Strategy and Development function for Americas region.

  • Matthew Wingo, Sr Manager, National Development Strategy,

As a leader in T-Mobile’s National Development activities, Matthew Wingo brings over 22 years of industry experience in developing wireless networks and In-Building solutions .  Matthew’s primary focus is on Enterprise partnerships in development and application of technology for many industry verticals, including Automotive, Retail, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, and Technology.  Specializing in DAS deployments since 2005, Matthew has worked with many of the top brands in both the US and Canada and is passionate about identifying the unique opportunities with current and emerging technologies.

Claire Burgaud is Manager of Partners & Ecosystems Marketing at Nokia with more than 25 years of experience in management & IT consulting, business development, and sales & marketing for leading companies across diverse B2B industries. With ample engineering and marketing expertise, she thrives in fast-paced environments that leverage new technologies, co-creation, innovation, and diversity. She is currently based in Dallas, Texas, and spends her free time volunteering for the Dallas International School as PTO board member, the European American Chamber of Commerce Texas and the Ecole Centrale Paris in France.
