Ario Aalaei
Ario Aalaei is the Founder and Principal of BridgePoint Global Advisors, a Texas-based advisory firm focused on freight, supply chain strategy, and international market entry. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in global freight forwarding and container shipping across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Over the course of his career, he has led large ocean freight and logistics organizations, managed multimillion-dollar customer portfolios, and worked closely with global shipping lines, importers, and multinational companies. His experience spans everything from carrier contracts and trade lane strategy to port selection, routing decisions, and helping companies respond to changing market conditions. Today, through BridgePoint, he advises leadership teams on how to make smarter freight and supply chain decisions, especially when markets become more volatile or complex.
His work is grounded in a simple idea: most supply chain problems do not begin with execution — they begin with structure, planning, and the decisions made before disruption hits.
