His Diplomatic Career began in 1989\, and he has extensive international experience\, including postings in Pakistan as Denmark. Ambassador Duarte Lopes\, born in Castelo Branco\, Portugal\, holds a law degree from the Faculdade de Direito de Lisboa. \n \nCarlos Moura \nDirector / Trade & Investment Commissioner\, USA since 2024. \nInitiated his career as a Human Resources Expert with AIG before moving on to the involvement with Portugal’s external economics.
